Privacy notice
What this site keeps about you, why, and how to have it removed. Written under the Protection of Personal Information Act.
What is kept
When you fill in an order slip, the site keeps your name, email address, phone number, delivery choice, your note and the order reference.
When you write to Belinda, your email stays in her inbox.
Nothing is collected from children. There are no analytics cookies. Your reading settings stay in your own browser and never leave it.
Why it is kept
To pack and send your order, to answer your message, and to keep the record of the sale that the tax office requires.
It is not shared with anyone else and it is not sold. The courier gets your name, phone number and address, and nothing more.
The Information Officer
The Information Officer is Belinda Moss. Write to her at belinda@kittencolab.co.za.
Asking for it to be deleted
Write to the Information Officer with your order reference or the email address you used. She will tell you what is held, correct it, or delete it.
If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
